Release Note:
- Stop web server after getting ip.
- Add "Project name" and "AWS APP version" in fw_info.
- Web: Disable AWS configuration if OTA is disable.
- Support setting OTA enable/disable.
- Web: Only support PEM format (.pem and .pem.crt/.pem.key) for AWS web provision.
- Modify AWS APP version to 0.9.50.
